Icube Technosoftt follows the multi tire approach to the Project management to make every pro-ject succeeds in achieving the Project objectives. Project organization is created with clear lines of communication during the project duration. The implementation team of Icube will interact with the process owners of the Client organization for free flow of information on processes, practices, and requirements. The Project Manager of Icube IT Solution will operate in concurrence with the Single Point of Contact from Client Organization.

Both of them will co-ordinate the necessary meetings for requirement gathering, project reviews and clarification sessions. At next level, the Management team of Icube and the management team of client organization will be in constant touch with each other during the project duration to ensure faster resolution of any conflicts.
