Implementation Methodology :

The methodology that is employed for implementation is an important factor for the success of the project, irrespective of the technology / package. Icube Technosoftt follows the ICube method-ology for implementing the business solution on Profit5RM. Primarily there are 3 significant stages in this methodology.

Stage 1 (Aim) :

During this stage, the objectives of the system that is being planned is clearly articulated by the client to the Implementing team. The current processes / Blue print document would be reviewed in a workshop mode and the detailed scope shall be discussed and agreed upon.

Stage 2 (Create) :

Based on the objectives and priorities, the core business processes are defined during this stage. The User interface architecture and the navigation flows also built to make working product.

Stage 3 (ICube Cycle) :

During this stage, the working product goes through multiple iterations before it is finalized.
